Sam contacted me the very next day and quoted me a rate that was far below the renewal rate with my then-current carrier. My policy did not expire for a few weeks, and I wanted to check with some other carriers, so I told him I would get back to him. Sam followed up with me a couple weeks later, and I decided to go with State Farm. I'm excited to be back with an agency that offers great customer service. Thanks, Sam!"
